The self-flowing castable is a high-tech product developed according to the solid fluid theory and the application characteristics of the refractory material, and is the first in China. The self-flowing material can be degassed and leveled without vibration by means of its own gravity, thereby achieving densification.
The product has the following advantages: good fluidity, reasonable solidification time; labor saving, fast and convenient; high strength, long life; good thermal insulation performance, high temperature resistance, thermal shock stability, corrosion resistance, erosion resistance .
Self-flowing material can be used for all parts of low cement castable, ultra-low cement castable and non-cement castable. Corundum castable is suitable for ladle bottom and around brick, electric furnace top joint; mullite self-flowing material, high The aluminum self-flow material is suitable for ladle, medium-package permanent lining and water-cooled pipe wrapping and heating furnace top and furnace wall, and the self-flowing material can also be mechanized.
